Hagen-Fley

On the direct proximity of the Haiden steel strips factory. Theis commissioned the fine steels factory in Fley in 1976. Theis supplies programme increased in the scope of fine steel strips. Theis amplified the Fley fine steel factory in 1990: with the incorporation in the production of the complete range of stainless precision strips under THENOX trade mark. The outstanding tower on the continuos boiling. This is brand in the industrial zone of the Lennetal valley.

Halver

Theis quickly recognised the various advantages of the treated surfaces strips They are easy to elaborate, they avoid additional work operations and therefore, reducing considerably the user's expenses. Upon acquiring Alte & Schrbder company, established for a long time, in 1978 the opportunity for Theis to manufacture these products: in Halden and in Halver.

Gelsenkirchen

The factory in Gelsenkirchen is the specialised plant in prefabricated packing strips either as cold plating strips in the Hagen factory. Adequate stripping straightening and manual pneumatic tightening exactly made with this end in mind, with its corresponding accessories, make up the corresponding packing system. Theis offers this way a complete service for all packing facilities.

Basauri

In order to take advantage of the new perspective of the European Economic Community, Theis acquired in 1990 one of the best known plants in cold sheeting and along with it the first packing steel strips supplier in this country: Alvarez Vazquez S.A. company in Basauri, in the immediate surroundings of Bilbao. with the persevering amplification of the production installations an important base was created for Theis in order to conquer the market in Spain and Southern Europe. The tight relationship with Theis group and the continuos interchange of technical experience and administration ensure the consequent synergy in international markets.

Bristol

The peculiarities of the American market can not be considered optimal trough the exportation from Europe. For this reason Theis is looking for a way to manufacture in USA. IN 1986 , Theis has been able to buy in Bristol Connecticut, a traditional cold sheeting plant, Steel Division of the Wallace Barnes Group inc. There fine steel stips in finishing precision are manufactured for the car industry, springs, textiles, and tools. Most of the special products, such as bimetal are used in the manufacturing of saws, and industrial knives.

The group has recently acquired in France the following manufacturing plants which allows it to embrace all the range of cold sheeting.
